Over a year ago, Bron Afon started a new way to handle reports of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). This new method helps to fix and improve relationships affected by ASB by focusing on the needs of those impacted.
Our Check and Challenge Group of customer voice volunteers have been reviewing this new approach. They have been checking the ASB Policy and procedures to see if they work well and to find ways to make them better.
We want to hear from you! Your feedback on how we handle ASB reports is very important. Please take a few moments to answer the following questions and share your thoughts with us.
