Every year we review our rents. Our aim is to make rent fair and affordable for our customers.
The rent we collect pays for the services we provide to our customers, including:
Repairs
Home Improvements
Safety in your home, including gas and electrical checks
Community Housing and Tenancy Support Teams
Independent Living teams
Building new homes
We want to provide services which are good value for money. Your answers will help us write our rent setting policy. Don’t worry, we are not planning big changes and always set the rent in line with Welsh Government guidelines.
Your answers to these questions will help us write our rent setting policy. We will not be making major changes that means rents increase dramatically, so please do not be concerned that this is our plan.
